Traveling Toddler car seat accessory questions?

Anyone that has used this or knows of a person that has, while using this with a regular carry on suitcase did it or can the handle break from that much weight on it? Will the handle of the suit case bend?
I think the GoGo Kidz Travelmate is a better option. It seems a lot sturdier.

Seems like it can, cause most handles are not as sturdy. Then your child will fall forward.
You need a really strong handle. Im not sure i know of any.
