How do I install a safety 1st toddler car seat model number 22566-CCT?
I’ve checked the safety 1st web site and they don’t carry the online manual for this model for some reason so I’m trying to find it somewhere else.

If you purchased the seat brand new, you need to read the manual.
If you purchased the seat used, I wouldn’t use it unless you trust the person who sold it to you with your child’s life. If you don’t, you don’t know if the seat has ever been crashed, if the straps have been submerged, or if all the parts are even there.
Regardless, you should meet with a certified technician who will show you how to properly install and adjust your seat. Find one near you at http://seatcheck.org/
